5. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS communications, we will use that number only to send appointment reminders, practice updates, and care-related messages. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at info@aspen.health.

Practice implements appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
